These 12 x 15 inch freezer paper sheets are made from virgin bleached paper with a polyethylene coating on one side, creating a moisture-resistant barrier that protects against freezer burn and odor transfer during cold storage. The uncoated side accepts ink and labeling for product identification at the point of wrapping.
FDA approved for direct food contact, these sheets are well suited to meat processing facilities, seafood distributors, grocery butcher counters, food packaging lines, and institutional food service kitchens.
